1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Some items, like personalized or intimate products, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong items delivered.

4. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@styleline.com.pk with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Important Notes

  • Refunds may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider.
